For 20 years, Angela worked as an accountant for a variety of companies including a national supplier and distributor, a multimillion dollar facility maintenance firm, and a multinational executive advisory corporation. Angela was the Cost Accountant for Burke Supply, Staff Accountant for Quality Building Services. Staff Accountant for Russell Reynolds Associates, and Senior Accountant for Steven Merchetti and Associates. As the Controller for RAMCO, she designed the comprehensive set of controls and budgets to mitigate risk, enhance accuracy of company reported financial results, and ensure compliance. Angela is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Freedom Electric & Data Inc. and the founder of Giraldo Tax Accounting & Consulting Firm. 

For over 18 years Zalar has worked as an accountant and over 13 years with the title of CPA.  He has experience with all types of small businesses.  This includes all facets of tax preparation and business consulting.  He spent 14 years in a small boutique CPA firm in Midtown Manhattan where he received the title as an accounting manager, which was one level below partner.  He specializes in accounting and bookkeeping services for small businesses.  Also, he is experienced in working with larger companies on the preparation of financial statements, review, and compilation engagements.  He is currently a managing member of Giraldo Tax Accounting & Consulting Form
